Code on Wages, 2019
Establishes uniform rules for minimum wages, payment of wages, bonus payments, and equal remuneration across industries.
Industrial Relations Code, 2020
Regulates trade unions, employment contracts, industrial disputes, layoffs, and retrenchment frameworks to promote industrial harmony and operational flexibility.
Code on Social Security, 2020
Consolidates multiple social security laws and extends coverage to broader worker categories including gig and platform workers.
Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020
